Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that HJR21 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HJR 21 was read the third time. **The presence of Representatives Berkowitz and Croft was noted. The question being: "Shall HJR 21 pass the House?"
