Representative Green brought up reconsideration of the vote on HCR
7(fld H) (page 932).                                                           
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in second reading:                    
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7                                             
Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the                   
Alaska State Legislature concerning Senate Bill No. 99, relating to            
the decennial census of the United States and prohibiting the use              
of estimates or adjusted census figures in redistricting.                      
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HCR 7 pass the House?"  The
