The Health, Education & Social Services Committee has reviewed the             
qualifications of the following and recommends the appointments be             
forwarded to a joint session for consideration:

                            Joseph E. Usibelli, Jr.                            
                                                                               
as members of the University of Alaska Board of Regents.                       
                                                                               
The reports were signed by Representatives Dyson and Coghill, Co-              
chairs; and Representatives Whitaker, Morgan, Kemplen, Green and               
Brice.                                                                         
                                                                               
The reports did not reflect an intent by any of the members to vote for        
or against the named individuals during any further sessions for the
