There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Davies: Page 5, Line 16: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 5, Line 17: Delete "6 and 8 of this Act take effect January 1, 2001" Insert "8 of this Act take effect January 31, 2000" Page 5, Line 18: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill section accordingly. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 1001(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
