for the state; and providing for an effective date."                           
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 1001(FIN)                                               
"An Act relating to income of the Alaska permanent fund and                   
authorizing an advisory vote on a long-term financial plan for the             
state; and providing for an effective date."
