The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following            
at the request of Representative Therriault, Co-chair:                         
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 437                                                            
"An Act relating to the reinstatement of Native corporations; and             
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
HB 437 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the              
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
