Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHB 331(MLV), thus adopting SCS CSHB 331(RLS),                   
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                     
                                                                               
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment
