Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the effective date clause be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSHB 287(FIN) am. HB 311 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 20, 2000, calendar (page 3365), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 311(JUD) "An Act eliminating a requirement that a social security number be provided by an applicant for a hunting or sport fishing license or tag; and providing for an effective date." Representative Green declared a conflict of interest. The question being: "Shall CSHB 311(JUD) pass the House?"
