                         THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS                        
                                                                               
HB 180                                                                       
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the March1,            
2000, calendar (page 2363), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 180(FIN)                                                
"An Act relating to the possession, manufacture, use, display, or             
delivery of controlled substances while children are present."                 
                                                                               
Representative Cowdery placed a call of the House.                             
                                                                               
The Speaker stated the call was satisfied.                                     
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that                
CSHB 180(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose           
of considering Amendment No. 5.  There being no objection, it was so           
ordered.                                                                       
                                                                               
Amendment No. 5 was offered  by Representatives Berkowitz and

Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that                
Amendment No. 5 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so               
ordered and the new title appears below:
