REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES HB 67 The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference considering CSHB 67(JUD) am and SCS CSHB 67(JUD) recommends the following be adopted: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 67 "An Act relating to release of certain persons alleged to have committed certain sexual offenses." The following fiscal note applies: Senate indeterminate fiscal note, Dept. of Corrections, 4/18/00 Representative Green moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting CCS HB 67 and recommended that the members vote yes.
