Pursuant to adjournment, the House was called to order by Speaker              
Porter at 10:07 a.m.                                                           
                                                                               
                                                                               
Roll call showed 35 members present.  Representatives Bunde,                   
Kapsner and Kookesh had been previously excused from a call of the             
House today.  Representative Whitaker was absent and his presence              
was noted later.                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
Representative James be excused from a call of the House today.

Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
reconsideration (page 1167) of the following be held until May 7,
