REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES HB 141 The State Affairs Committee has submitted the forthcoming fiscal note to accompany their report (page 648): Fiscal note, Office of the Governor, 4/8/99 for the following: CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 141(STA) "An Act providing for preferential voting in federal, state, and local elections; relating to the preparation of ballots; relating to the definition of 'political party'; relating to the counting of ballots; and repealing punch-card voting." HB 141 is in the Finance Committee. HB 155 The Community & Regional Affairs Committee has considered: HOUSE BILL NO. 155 "An Act relating to municipal assembly forms of representation and apportionment."
