Full Journal pdf1999-04-26 House Journal Page 1007 THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 133 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 23, 1999, calendar (page 960), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 133(FIN) "An Act relating to municipal service areas and providing for voter approval of the formation, alteration, or abolishment of certain service areas; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall CSHB 133(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 133(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 23 NAYS: 15 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Brice, Bunde, Coghill, Cowdery, Davis, Dyson, Foster, Green, Halcro, Harris, Hudson, James, Kohring, Masek, Morgan, Murkowski, Ogan, Phillips, Rokeberg, Therriault, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Barnes, Berkowitz, Cissna, Croft, Davies, Grussendorf, Joule, Kemplen, Kerttula, Kott, Moses, Mulder, Porter, Sanders, Smalley Excused: Kapsner, Kookesh And so, CSHB 133(FIN) passed the House. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the effective date clause be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Kerttula gave notice of reconsideration of her vote on CSHB 133(FIN).
