UNFINISHED BUSINESS HB 172 The Speaker waived the Judiciary Committee referral for the following at the request of Representative Kott, Chair: HOUSE BILL NO. 172 "An Act establishing the office of victims' advocacy in the Department of Law; and amending Rule 16, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 9, Alaska Delinquency Rules, and Rule 501, Alaska Rules of Evidence." HB 172 was removed from the Judiciary Committee and referred to the Finance Committee.
