A message dated March 26, 1999, was read stating the Senate has                
passed CSHB 80(STA) with the following amendment and it is                     
transmitted for consideration:                                                 
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 80(RLS)                                   
"An Act relating to a state employment preference for certain                 
members of the Alaska National Guard."
