The Speaker waived the State Affairs Committee referral for the                
following at the request of Representative James, Chair:                       
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 77                                                             
"An Act relating to the Joint Armed Services Committee, a                     
permanent interim committee of the Alaska State Legislature; and               
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
HB 77 was removed from the State Affairs Committee and referred to             
the Finance Committee.
