Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be taken up at this time. Without objection, it was so ordered. SCR 5 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5 was read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5 Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of Representatives for a period of more than three days, pass the Senate?
