Senator Tim Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that               
the Rules Committee referral be waived on SENATE                               
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5 Authorizing a recess by the                        
Senate and the House of Representatives for a period of more than              
three days. Without objection, it was so ordered.

resolution be taken up at this time. Without objection, it was so
