The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:              
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 311                                                            
"An Act eliminating a requirement that a social security number               
be provided by an applicant for a hunting or sport fishing license             
or tag."                                                                       
                                                                               
HB 311 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                
Finance Committee.
