A message dated April 24, 2000, was read stating the Senate has                
passed CSHB 116(FIN) with the following amendment and it is                    
transmitted for consideration:                                                 
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 116(RES)                                  
"An Act relating to the Board of Agriculture and Conservation, to             
the director of agriculture, to the agricultural revolving loan fund           
and to loans from the fund, to the disposal of interests in state              
agricultural land; and providing for an effective date."
