                     Second Reading of Senate Resolutions                    
                                                                               
SR 2                                                                         
SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2 was read the second time and was                       
before the Senate on final passage.                                            
                                                                               
Senator Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                   
allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.              
Objections were heard and Senator Parnell was required to vote.                
                                                                               
The question being: Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2                              
Requesting Bruce M. Botelho, Attorney General of the State of                  
Alaska, to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate possible                
security and other violations in connection with World Plus, Inc.,

prosecutor to investigate the possible misuse of the Alaska Public             
Safety Information Network, was read the second time and was                   
before the Senate on final passage.
