Without objection, the citations were adopted and referred to the Secretary for transmittal. UNFINISHED BUSINESS SJR 21 Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that he be shown as a cosponsor on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 21 Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to the public facilities capital fund, the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation, and to appropriations from the constitutional budget reserve fund to the public facilities capital fund. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that he be excused from a call of the Senate on March 18. Without objection, Senator Hoffman was excused. SJR 16 The reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16(RES) am Relating to reauthorization and reform of the Endangered Species Act, was not taken up this legislative day and the resolution was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SJR 20 The reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20(RLS) am Requesting the United States Congress to accommodate Alaskas unique wetlands circumstances by amending the Clean Water Act to modify the wetlands regulatory program and to recognize Alaskas outstanding history of wetlands conservation, was not taken up this legislative day and the resolution was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
