Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Resources Committee Substitute offered on page 669. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16(RES) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Leman offered Amendment No. 1 : On Page 2, line 21, following (5), insert: require establishment of biologically sound de-listing criteria and recovery plan population objectives and require Senator Leman moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
