Senator Adams moved that SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 2                         
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                
relating to subsistence uses of fish and wildlife by residents, and            
establishing an effective date for the amendment, be moved to the              
Rules Committee. Senator Taylor objected, then withdrew his                    
objection.
