Senator Sharp, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 329                    
An Act establishing an exemption for investment clubs from the                 
business license requirement. Without objection, the bill was                  
referred to the Rules Committee.                                               
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                     
excused from a call of the Senate on April 3. Without objection,
