Senator Sharp, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 3411. Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 274(FIN) An Act relating to fees for probation and parole; relating to eligibility for a permanent fund dividend for persons convicted of and incarcerated for certain offenses; and relating to notice requirements relating to appropriations from the permanent fund dividend fund to the office of crime victims rights was adopted and read the second time. Senator Halford offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 4: Delete "crime" Page 5, line 29: Delete "crime" Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
