Report from the Commissioner of the Department of Administration               
dated March 24 was received, stating the monetary terms for the                
collective bargaining agreement reached with the Board of Regents              
of the University of Alaska and the United Academics representing              
the regular nonadjunct faculty bargaining unit in accordance with AS
