Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the citations            
be adopted.  Without objection, the citations were adopted and

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that he be shown               
as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 197 An Act relating to                       
health care services provided by, and practices of, a health                   
maintenance organization; and prohibiting health maintenance                   
organizations from limiting free speech of health care providers.              
Without objection, it was so ordered.                                          
Senator Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                   
excused from a call of the Senate on January 23 and 24, January 29             
and 30, and February 7.  Without objection, Senator Parnell was
