SENATE BILL NO. 175 An Act relating to revenue bonds issued                    
by the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority for                  
interties between Healy and Fairbanks and between Anchorage and                
the Kenai Peninsula; and providing for an effective date was                   
engrossed, signed by the President and Secretary and transmitted to

Speaker and Chief Clerk and the engrossed and enrolled copies                  
transmitted to the Office of the Governor at 4:00 p.m., April 25,
