Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SECOND READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 114 HOUSE BILL NO. 114 An Act relating to health care data and registration of births was read the second time. Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Rules Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 1479. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 114(RLS) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Halford offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 9 through page 2, line 13: Delete all of Section 2. Senator Halford moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Objections were heard. Senator Halford called the Senate. The call was satisfied.
