SB 164 SENATE BILL NO. 164 An Act relating to the authority of an emergency medical technician at the scene of an accident or emergency was read the second time. Senator Wilken moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Committee Substitute offered on page 1274. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 164(HES) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be placed at the bottom of todays calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered. SECOND READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 112 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 112(FIN) An Act amending the definition of political party except as the definition of the term applies to the regulation of contributions and expenditures in state and municipal election campaigns, an amendment that also has the effect of changing the definition of political organization as applied to the regulation of games of chance and contests of skill was read the second time.
