to municipal capital project matching grants for a municipality                
organized under federal law as an Indian reserve; and providing for            
an effective date pass the Senate?  The roll was taken with the

Senator Kelly requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                     
SENATE BILL NO. 151(FIN) am An Act relating to public                          
employment labor relations; relating to the protection of the rights of        
public employees under the Public Employment Relations Act;                    
establishing ethical standards for union representatives of public             
employees; and establishing disclosure requirements for public                 
employee labor organizations be taken up.
