Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment.                                                                     
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 68(FIN)?  The roll                         
was taken with the following result:

and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting             
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 68(STA) An Act                             
relating to the Task Force on Privatization; and providing for an              
effective date.                                                                
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on              
the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date           
clause.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                                 
                                                                               
The Secretary was requested to notify the House.                               
                                                                               
The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.                         
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                COMMUNICATIONS                               
                                                                               
Reports from the Commissioner of the Department of Administration              
dated May 8 were received, stating the monetary terms for the                  
collective bargaining agreements reached with the Confidential                 
Employees Association and the Alaska Community College                         
Federation of Teachers, in accordance with AS 23.40.070 - 260.
