The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 68(FIN) Third Reading - Final Passage Effective Date YEAS: 14 NAYS: 5 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Donley, Halford, Kelly, Leman, Mackie, Miller, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Nays: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Hoffman, Lincoln Absent: Green and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 68(FIN) passed the Senate. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Duncan gave notice of reconsideration. SB 136 Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE BILL NO. 136 An Act relating to the state budget and to appropriation bills be moved to the bottom of todays calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered. SB 137 SENATE BILL NO. 137 An Act exempting certain volunteer emergency medical technicians and volunteer fire fighters from state wage and hour laws; and providing for an effective date was read the second time. Senators Taylor, Pearce, Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered.
