SENATE BILL NO. 67 An Act relating to the imposition of                        
criminal sentences; and amending Rule 32.2, Alaska Rules of                    
Criminal Procedure was read the second time.                                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 566.  Without            
objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 67(JUD) was adopted and                      
read the second time.                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
