Without objection, Senator Duncan was excused. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that he be excused from a call of the Senate on January 17 through morning plane time on January 23. Without objection, Senator Ellis was excused. SB 34 President Miller added a Transportation Committee referral to SENATE BILL NO. 34 An Act giving notice of and approving a lease-purchase agreement with the City of Soldotna for a maintenance facility of the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities. The bill was referred to the Community and Regional Affairs, Transportation and Finance Committees. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the notice and publication requirements be waived and the following citation be made a special order of business.
