The Community and Regional Affairs Committee considered                        
SENATE BILL NO. 50 An Act relating to administrative penalties                 
for violation of public water supply system requirements; amending             
Alaska Rule of Civil Procedure 82 regarding attorneys fees; and                
providing for an effective date and recommended it be replaced

public water supply system requirements; amending                              
Rule 602(b), Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure;
