HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 34 was before the Senate on

The question to be reconsidered: Shall HOUSE JOINT                             
RESOLUTION NO. 34 Relating to proposed regulations of the North                
Pacific Fishery Management Council creating a new discriminatory               
halibut fishery in Alaska, pass the Senate?  The roll was taken with
