Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that he be shown               
as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 291 An Act relating to                       
living wills, do not resuscitate orders, anatomical gifts, and the care        
and treatment of persons with serious medical conditions. Without
