President Miller added a Finance Committee referral to CS FOR                  
HOUSE BILL NO. 198(FIN) An Act relating to regional dive                       
fishery development associations and to dive fishery management                
assessments; and providing for an effective date.                              
                                                                               
Senator Sharp, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
Finance Committee referral be waived on the bill.  Without                     
objection, the bill was referred to the Rules Committee.
