Second Reading of House Bills HB 137 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 137(L&C) An Act relating to veterinarians; extending the termination date of the Board of Veterinary Examiners; and providing for an effective date was read the second time. Senator Green moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the State Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2497. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 137(STA) was adopted and read the second time.
