CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 43(FIN) was read the third time.                         
                                                                               
The question being: Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 43(FIN) An                     
Act relating to registration of vehicles, to municipal taxation of             
vehicles, and to emission control inspection fees for vehicles; and            
providing for an effective date pass the Senate?  The roll was

clause.  Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was signed

SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 4 Relating to                                 
declaring March 1997 as Sobriety Awareness Month, was read the                 
second time and was before the Senate on final passage.                        
                                                                               
Senators Halford, Taylor, Leman, Pearce, Green, Lincoln, Phillips,             
Miller moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as                 
cosponsors on the resolution.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
