THIRD READING OF SENATE BILLS SB 141 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(RLS) An Act relating to permits to carry concealed handguns; and relating to the possession of firearms was read the third time. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(RLS) be placed at the bottom of todays calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
