Senators Lincoln, Mackie, Taylor moved and asked unanimous                     
consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the bill.  Without             
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
The question being: Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 212(title am) An Act                  
relating to determination of an established village for purposes of            
regulating the sale, use, and possession of alcoholic beverages; and           
providing for an effective date pass the Senate?  The roll was
