The question to be reconsidered: Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 50(FIN) am S An Act relating to the use of broadcasting to promote certain classics or sweepstakes; and providing for an effective date pass the Senate? The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 50(FIN) am S Third Reading - On Reconsideration YEAS: 13 NAYS: 7 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Green, Halford, Kelly, Lincoln, Mackie, Miller, Pearce, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Nays: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Hoffman, Leman, Parnell, Phillips Halford changed from "Nay" to "Yea". Taylor changed from "Nay" to "Yea". Lincoln changed from "Nay" to "Yea". and so, CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 50(FIN) am S passed the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Taylor moved the effective date clause. The question being: Shall the effective date clause be adopted?
