Amendment No. 5 was offered by Representative Brice: Page 5, lines 10-18: Delete all material and insert: (f) The unexpended and unobligated balance of the appropriation made in sec. 30, ch 117 SLA 1996, page 31, line 18 (Public Assistance Administration, $39,769,900) lapses into the general fund on June 30, 1998. Reletter the following subsections accordingly. Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 5 be adopted.
