Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
CSSB64(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and             
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.         
                                                                               
                                                                               
CSSB 64(FIN) was read the third time.
