The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 11,            
1998 First Supplemental calendar (page 3836), was read the third time:         
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 347                                                           
"An Act relating to the increase of an appropriation item based on            
additional federal or other program receipts."                                 
                                                                               
Representative Ryan moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 347              
be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering          
Amendment No. 1 and withdrew the motion.                                       
                                                                               
Representative Martin placed a call of the House.                              
                                                                               
The call was satisfied.
