There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 265 am H be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Porter gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on SB 265 am H(fld H). SB 265 Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration of SB 265 am H(fld H) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 265 am H was again before the House in third reading. Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 265 am H be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding previous action in adopting Amendment No. 1 (page 3048). There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall the House rescind previous action in adopting Amendment No. 1?" Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 1. Representative Vezey objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was withdrawn. SB 265 was again read the third time. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SB 265 pass the House?" Kemplen changed from "Nay" to "Yea". And so, SB 265 passed the House on reconsideration, was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
