Representative Cowdery moved and asked unanimous consent to                    
withdraw Amendment No. 1, Part B.  There being no objection, it was            
so ordered.                                                                    
Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS               
CSSB 234(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading               
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so              
HCS CSSB 234(JUD) was read the third time.                                     
The question being:  "Shall HCS CSSB 234(JUD) pass the House?"
