The Judiciary Committee has considered:                                        
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 102                                                
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
relating to establishing a preference for subsistence uses of fish             
and wildlife; and providing for an effective date.                             
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 102(JUD)                                    
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
relating to a preference for subsistence uses of fish and wildlife;            
and providing for an effective date and repeal of the subsistence
